Victor answers the phone, takes real to-go and catering orders against the live menu, checks guests in when they arrive, and hands the owner the numbers — sales, no-shows, and what every call was about. Everything you see on this site (the menu, the chat widget, the phone line, the order flow) is Victor running live. Dine-in reservations, floor and ticket-flow awareness, and vendor coordination are on his roadmap, not in the product today.

What Victor Handles

The same things the product page lists — nothing here that a Victor install doesn’t ship with today.

Phone & Ordering

Picks up inbound calls, takes to-go and catering orders against live capacity, answers order-status questions, and handles arrivals. Tracks remaining portions through the day and says when an item is running low. Anything he can’t do — like changing an order — he captures with the caller’s details for the team.

Dine-in table booking is not live yet.

To-Go Orders & Payments

Walks callers through the menu, builds the order with full customization, computes pricing, and sends a Stripe payment link by email — the same flow you can demo right here on the site. Card numbers are never read over the phone.

Guest Communications

Order confirmations and pickup reminders, review requests, the weekly menu, and sold-out waitlist alerts — by email, with consent captured and a one-tap unsubscribe. Routine guest questions (hours, dietary, parking) by phone or the on-site chat widget.

Loyalty triggers and occasion reminders are not live yet.

Owner Reporting

A live dashboard plus sales reporting, prep-versus-final counts, no-show tracking and call analytics — what people called about, what converted, what went unresolved — with CSV exports.

A single assembled morning briefing is not live yet.

Bilingual Built-In

English + Spanish included on every plan at no extra cost, auto-detecting the caller’s language per conversation — or the owner sets a default.

Victor Sr. opened the door on West Capital Avenue in 1984. His son kept it going, and his grandson, Victor III, runs it today — same recipes, same family service, with an AI assistant answering the phone the way the family always has.

What is this site exactly?

Is the chat widget on this page actually Victor?

Yes — the floating chat widget bottom-right runs the same AI agent that would take real calls for a deployed restaurant. Try it: ask "what’s on the menu," order an item, or just ask what Victor can do.

Can I really call him on the phone?

Yes. (501) 833-4751 rings Victor directly. Same agent as the chat widget. Try ordering a plate, ask about hours, or test edge cases (food allergies, change orders, special requests).

Is the food real? Will I actually get a meal?

No. This is a tech demo, no food is prepared. Place an order — you’ll receive a Stripe invoice email — and the Stripe page is in test mode (use card 4242 4242 4242 4242 with any future date and any CVC). No real charge is made.

How is this different from a real Victor deployment?

For a paying customer, Victor is configured for their actual menu, hours, prices, ingredient lists, phone line, brand voice and house policies. Stratos handles onboarding, weekly tuning, and ongoing oversight — see the product page for the managed-plan details. POS connections are on the roadmap and scoped per client.

Can Victor handle multiple locations or concepts?

Yes — each location runs its own Victor with its own menu, hours and phone number, so nothing bleeds between concepts. Listed pricing is per location; each additional location is added for a fee. A consolidated cross-location view is on the roadmap.

What does Victor cost?

Two managed plans. Managed Lite — $497 setup + $347/mo — for food trucks and caterers: phone answering, booking and call summaries to your inbox. Managed Full — setup from $1,995 + $647/mo — for full-service restaurants and 1–3 location groups: real phone order-taking with payment links, the owner dashboard with call analytics, guest email automations and managed tuning.
